Obama Birth Cert Lawyer Gary Kreep Is Ahead in Superior Court Race By Julie Pendray @ Ramona Patch
With 13,500 [ BR; as of this posting 4,000 ] ballots yet to be counted, Ramona conservative Gary Kreep—who took an Obama birth certificate case to the U.S. Supreme Court—has gained a lead. Constitutional lawyer Gary George Kreep edged ahead of Deputy District Attorney Garland Peed for a spot on the Superior Court bench in the latest count of absentee and provisional ballots released Wednesday by the San Diego County Registrar of Voters. As of this posting and according to the San Diego Registrar of Voters, "there are approximately 4000 Absentee/Provisional ballots still to be counted."
The current results are:
GARY GEORGE KREEP50.14%201,238
GARLAND PEED49.86%200,150
Birther headlines declares Kreep the winner blogging; "the final 4,000 votes have not been counted, but Kreep has enough of a lead that it is statistically unlikely that his opponent can win. Kreep has a 1,000 vote margin over Garland Peed and will be the next Superior Court Judge in San Diego County."
