As Freedom Outpost points out: Senator Dianne Feinstein’s proposed “assault weapons ban” bill would include banning handguns and require gun owners to be fingerprinted. Well, there is much more to the story. The handguns mentioned were pretty specific and if this bill is passed, you can say “Goodbye” to purchasing a new Glock, Sig Sauer, Smith & Wesson, M&P, H&K, or Colt among other name brands. What is the reasoning for this? According to Feinstein’s site:

Certain other semiautomatic rifles, handguns, shotguns that can accept a detachable magazine and have one military characteristic.

I point this out because most in the line of the above mentioned brands fit the criteria outlined in this bill. In fact, that was one of the major reasons I ended up purchasing Glocks. It wasn't for the name brand. It was because they met certain military requirements for durability and reliability.

Additionally, you’ll notice it isn’t just assault weapons or even semi-automatic handguns Feinstein mentions. Included are shotguns with detachable magazines that have one military characteristic. Because her small Kenyan village didn't have the necessary facilities she traveled to Guinea for eye surgery at the Israeli operated Shalom Hospital according to this report from the Times of Israel.

Guinean Health Minister Tomas Mecheba Fernandez escorted the First Step-Grandmother (sic) to the hospital in advance of her surgery by a team of Israeli doctors.

The procedure was successful and Obama is making a full recovery, Yedioth Ahronoth reported on Sunday.

Newly Found Case Authority Filed In Florida Electoral Challenge: Florida Court Has Jurisdiction To Rule On Obama's Eligibility & Fraud
As reported here Attorney Larry Klayman filed a motion seeking an emergency rehearing in the Florida electoral challenge. The case was originally dismissed last month by Judge Kevin Carroll. On Monday Klayman filed a notice of newly discovered case authority that shows the Florida court has jurisdiction to rule on Obama's eligibility and fraud. EXCERPT:

NOTICE OF NEWLY FOUND CASE AUTHORITY AND SUPPLEMENT TO MOTION FOR REHEARING
Plaintiff Michael Voeltz, by and through his undersigned counsel, hereby files this Notice of Newly Found Case Authority and Supplement to Motion For Rehearing.

In conducting further research, Plaintiff has come across the case of Palm Beach County Canvassing Board v. Harris, 772 So.2d 1273 (Fla. 2000) (Exhibit 1), legal authority that was somehow overlooked by the court and the parties.

At issue here is the applicability of Florida Election law to the presidential election. In considering the presidential election, the Florida Supreme Court ruled:

"It is important, perhaps, to remind ourselves that the Florida Legislature has expressly vested in the voters of Florida the authority to elect the presidential electors who will ultimately participate in choosing a president:

Electors of President and Vice President, known as presidential electors, shall be elected on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each year the number of which is a multiple of 4. Votes cast for the actual candidates for President and Vice President shall be counted as votes cast for the presidential electors supporting such candidates. The Department of State shall certify as elected the presidential electors of the candidates for President and Vice President who receive the highest number of votes.

§ 103.011, Fla. Stat. (2000). By providing for the popular election of presidential electors, Florida’s Legislature has also placed that election under Florida’s general statutory election scheme. Hence, there is essentially only one statutory election scheme for all elections whether the elections be for local and state officials or for presidential electors. The Legislature has not chosen to have a separate set of election laws for elections for presidential electors. The Legislature has chosen to have a single election code control all elections. So, we must interpret and apply that single election code here." Id. at 1290-1291.

The Florida Supreme Court then concluded, "[i]n sum, Florida’s statutory scheme simply makes no provision for applying its rules one way for presidential elector elections and another way for all other elections. " Id. at 1291.

The Supreme Court of Florida has thus conclusively already ruled that this court has jurisdiction to consider and rule upon Plaintiff Voeltz’s election challenge on eligibility and fraud. This court must respectfully grant an evidentiary hearing. There should logically be no need for Plaintiff to notice up a hearing, as this court had already committed itself to provide a hearing before it incorrectly and precipitously dismissed Plaintiff’s complaint. Given the requirement under Florida law that election disputes be adjudicated quickly, this court must respectfully set an evidentiary hearing and adjudicate the issues at the earliest time practicable. Moreover, the case is not moot. Indeed, in the now famous 2000 Bush/Gore election challenge cases, this Court proceeded to adjudicate the parties’ dispute long after the Florida Electors had met.

Plaintiff is available January 2 or 3, 2013 for a telephonic status conference to set the date for a specially set evidentiary hearing on the merits, as the law is now clear that one is required and that the prior dismissal order should be immediately vacated and set aside, as it was legally in error. That inter alia Petitioner further contends based upon information and belief that notwithstanding the citizenship status of Barack Obama, that Barack Obama has multiple allegiances maybe as many as five (5) British, Kenyan, Indonesian, Canadian, United States by oath of office, and despite taking an oath owing exclusive allegiance to the United States, the Usurper levies war against the People of the United States, adheres to their enemies al-Qaida, Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, Hezbollah, GÜLEN Movement and Iran against the People of the United States to establish the Caliphate from Thailand through Morocco to replace the Ottoman Caliphate dismantled by Winston Churchill and T. E. Congress Should Not Confirm Barack Obama As President, For He Is Not an Article II "Natural Born Citizen" By Attorney Mario Apuzzo

The issue of Obama’s eligibility to be President has always been whether he is an Article II “natural born Citizen.” And that issue has always been about answering two questions: (1) whether he was born in the United States and (2) whether at the time of his birth in the United States he was born to United States citizen parents, for a “natural born Citizen” is defined as a child born in a country to parents who were citizens of that country. Obama eligibility supporters like to focus on the first question, place of birth, for it lends to so much controversy, speculation, and confusion. The place of birth question raises concerns about whether Obama’s birth certificate, social security number, and draft registration card are false. Of course, for any of that to be true would necessitate conspiracy among many individuals employed by various state and federal government agencies. The charges of conspiracy gives Obama's supporters great opportunity to ridicule and mock concerned American citizens who--given that Obama has never released his original birth certificate to any controlling government authority, Obama still refuses to give his consent to release to the public his birth, education, travel, and work records, and some have uncovered unconfirmed information suggesting that Obama was born in Kenya--are still searching for a conclusive answer to the question of whether Obama was born in the United States. These Obama supporters bask in the ease by which they are able to attack those who, without any government or law enforcement assistance, are still investigating Obama’s place of birth with little resources available to them. These Obama eligibility supporters also like to make everyone think that the place of birth issue seals a victory for Obama and them. But such a statement is false.

These Obama eligibility supporters have not been able to adequately cast off either by way of any current well-researched and reasoned court decision or otherwise the other requirement for being a “natural born Citizen,” i.e., that the child must be born to parents who were citizens of the country when the child was born. As we can see below, there is a great amount of historical, U.S. Supreme Court, and Congressional sources that confirms this additional requirement which neither a handful of lower law and administrative courts--which have ruled that they have no jurisdiction or plaintiffs have no standing, but yet have still decided the merits of the question of whether Obama is a “natural born Citizen”--nor these Obama eligibility supporters have been able to adequately address.

What does all this mean for Congress which on January 4, 2013 will be counting the Electoral College votes and deciding whether President Elect Barack Obama is constitutionally qualified to be President? Under Article I, II, and III, the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government are each given specific and exclusive powers. This is our separation of powers feature of our tripartite form of government. Under this doctrine, powers given to one branch are not to be exercised by any other. Under this scheme and specifically under Article III, the power to interpret the constitution is given solely to the judiciary. The Constitution does not textually commit the resolution of the question of what is a “natural born Citizen” to any specific branch of government other than the judicial branch. The question is no different from the question faced countless times by our nation’s federal and state courts when deciding what the applicable eligibility requirements for any given elected office are. Hence, the constitutional question of the meaning of a “natural born Citizen” is left to the judicial branch to resolve.

Barack Hussein Obama is “eligible” for only one thing: to deceive the American people and the world community into believing he is a legitimate president of the United States. In practice, that is according to all of the judges who thus far have ruled in lawsuits concerning his lack of legal status under the U.S. Constitution as a “natural born citizen.”

As you know, to qualify for the office of president, the law, plain and simple, requires that a person be born in the United States or one of its territories, to two American citizen parents. In watching the HBO miniseries “John Adams” on DVD over the holidays, after many years since it was first shown on television, I was starkly reminded why the framers of the U.S. Constitution inserted this special requirement for the highest offices in the land – president and vice president – into our body politic. This was because there were those persons around them, such as John Dickinson, the colonial delegate and a Tory from Pennsylvania, who to the end advocated against independence from King George III and had remained loyal to the British crown, even when it was clear that the crown was no longer “loyal” to the colonies. These types of individuals clearly were a risk to the new nation. Thus, all foreign influences were designed to be removed in the future from even getting close to the presidency.

CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE AND DEMAND TO HALT THE CONGRESSIONAL ELECTION CERTIFICATION PROCESS DUE TO EVIDENCE OF SUBSTANTIVE FRAUD
BE ADVISED, your Oath of office requires you to act in a manner which upholds the United States Constitution, our State Constitutions, and the Rule of Law. This shall serve as Notice to you of the massive fraud which has occurred in the 2012 election. As a public servant, your highest duty is to the people of the United States. Failing to do your duty, after having been so noticed, will be a direct violation of your Oath, with malice aforethought.

The evidence is overwhelming that the 2012 President elect Barack Hussein Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States, as defined by The Law of Nations - Book 1 - Chapter 19 - Sections 212, 213, 214 and 215 – or the United States Supreme Court in Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1874) and U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649(1898). Since the Supreme Court in Minor directly construed in the Article 2, Section 1,natural-born citizen clause to determine the citizenship status of the petitioner, the Court’s definition of the natural-born citizen class is binding precedent.

Since Obama does not qualify as a member of the class of persons identified as natural-born citizens by the U.S. Supreme Court, he is not eligible to be President of the United States. Therefore, the Secretaries of the various states are constitutionally prohibited from certifying the election of a candidate for the office of the Presidency who is ineligible as a matter of law. Further, under their oath, Electors are likewise constitutionally prohibited from certifying a ballot or casting a ballot in favor of a known ineligible candidate.

In addition, there is significant evidence of election fraud throughout the 2012 election process, rendering the alleged outcome of the election null and void until such time that a full investigation can be carried out. [See items concerning election fraud below.]

Secretaries of the numerous states were duly NOTICED prior to placing the name Barack Hussein Obama on the 2012 ballot. Due to the disconcerting fact that the various Secretaries of these several States have been remiss and negligent in their duty to properly vet and certify all candidates before placing their names upon any ballot, the duty and responsibility falls to Congress to halt any certification of the President elect, before there is an extensive and comprehensive investigation of the substantive fraud referenced herein. Prima facie evidence exists as to violations of Federal Election Commission law regulating campaign finance concerning overseas donations from foreign entities, into national money laundering and online credit and debit card fraud, using foreign contributions from stolen card numbers to finance a presidential campaign. Hundreds of millions of dollars pouring into the Obama campaign from overseas donors and all of it in untraceable small denominations.
